The Calendar Program Includes:
Weekly meetings where youth get together and
learn about and grow in their faith, discuss issues
and topics important to them in a safe environment,
and meet adults and other young people who
care about them and accept them as they are.
Special events take place each month and include
trips to the villa Maria, a rope’s course retreat,
30 hours of fasting to raise money for the poor,
service trips, skiing and snowtubing, trips to the
Boundary Waters, and mission trips to places such

St. Stan’s youth group is about: Lived Christianity Giving of ourselves and receiving of others in our community Youth ownership in the program Singing and prayer Fun trips and retreats that build relationship and community Meeting the needs of the youth in our parish Growing closer to peers and adults through small group interaction Providing a safe place for youth to be: physically, spiritually, and psychologically Challenging youth to grow in their
relationships with Christ, the church and community
Enthusiastically welcoming newcomers Being aware of
and acting on the needs of our local and worldwide
