St. Stan’s Church Hosts: West Fest on 7th
St. Stanislaus Church, a cornerstone of St. Paul’s West 7th neighborhood for over 150 years, is proud to announce, “West Fest on 7th,” a community celebration!
West Fest on 7th, promises a fun-filled day for all ages, while also highlighting the deep roots of faith that nourishes the West 7th community. Archbishop Bernard Hebda of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis will concelebrate mass at 4:00 pm.
A dedicated team at St. Stan’s Church, with support from Foreword Communications, brought this initiative to life. Their vision is to celebrate the heart and soul of West 7th and foster a strong sense of community spirit.
A Day of Fun for All Ages
West Fest on 7th takes place on Saturday, June 8th from 2 pm to 9 pm. The event offers a variety of activities for the whole family:
- Family-Friendly Afternoon (2 pm – 4 pm): Free food (while supplies last), informational booths from community resources, historic walking and bus tours, and live music featuring a performance by The Teddy Bear Band.
- Lively Street Dance (5 pm – 9 pm): Kick off the dance party with West 7th’s beloved Goomba’s! Enjoy food trucks, delectable offerings from a Mexican Street fair, and a selection of beer and wine for purchase.
Celebrate West 7th!
West Fest on 7th is a celebration of everything that makes West 7th special. Bring your lawn chairs, dancing shoes, and appetites, and join us on June 8th for an afternoon of family fun and an evening filled with community spirit.
